  1. Love this list,a lot of creativity in it! Looking at family photos hadn’t occurred to me for stress management but I do like to do it. Some of my photos are digitized with copies safely stored in Dropbox, just in case I ever write my memoirs as I’d like to!

    1. Rosana, thanks for your comment. I’m so glad you enjoyed this list! What a great idea to keep digital copies of family fotos in dropbox. I usually use an external drive, but in case of a fire, I would lose everything. I hope you write our memoirs one day. If you write for just five minutes each day, you may be ready to publish within a year. So writing your memoirs and using those digitized photos may be easier than you think. As simple as five (5) minutes a day. That way you beat stress AND write your memoirs! Win-win! 🙂

  2. Excellent suggestions. I remember I was out of town on business and was not having a good day. I went to a matinee before my next appointment and I felt like the Cheshire Cat. It was some romcom and I felt sneaky and wonderful and in a better mood to get through my next appointment and business dinner. The movie was the conversation of the dinner!
